Hello everyone. I’ve got a number of TRX-4 upgrades on the way but I’m still running the standard wheels and tyres. What are the most capable tyres for crawling (rocks) with a bit of general trailing?

I’ve had really good results with Rc4wd Challenger tires. They’re not overly aggressive but they’ve worked on all the terrain at the G6 site which has a bit of everything.

link not working but Rcbitz has them.

I don’t generally find any tyres from the major manufacturers like Proline, RC4WD, Pitbull etc to be bad.  They all seem to work well.  At the moment I particuarly like Proline Hyrax & BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain, RC4WD Goodyear Wranglers and Pitbull Rock Beasts but as I said to be honest most of them seem to work pretty well.

Thank you. I might have a go at the Rock Beasts just to try a different manufacturer to RC4WD, but those Challengers do look nice…
