Crap pic from phone. But now the wheels are perfectly inline with the arches. 277mm wheelbase.

Right I’ve sorted all the problems so far after a very late night

Both drive shafts now spin freely :) Links were adjusted. Now the servo clears too :cheer:

The new link lengths are (alloy tube) front uppers 71mm, lowers 78mm, rear uppers 67mm, lowers 71mm. That’s using revo ball ends with the axial 4 link truss front and rear.

Bit of an update. Started my rear bumper (no pics yet) and made a start on the body mount/sliders.

Right I’ve welded the sliders. Just got a couple of questions. Should I drill a couple of drain holes and shall I just drill the mounting holes and use nut and bolts? It’s 2mm plate and I’m not sure if that’s thick enough to tap a thread?

Drainage holes can only be a good thing. If you can weld some nuts on behind the plates as its well fiddlie out on the trail if you need to pop the lid off.

Looks a well clean build though B)

Cheers mate I’ll be making a front and rear bumper and maybe a roof rack. The sliders will also have external bars on the outside of the body too.

Cheers Bill :cheer: I’ve also rounded the arches slightly. I’ve got a tap coming for the other part. Working on the rear bumper at the mo, need 4 very small bolts about 10mm long for the mud flaps.
